• We will work with you to modify the design and inclusions to obtain a quote from the builder quickly and efficiently
• We will work with you to ensure the plan you select works with your block and meets council and estate requirements
• You will contract with the selected builder.

We want to custom design our home

• Too easy!  We have a fantastic drafting team who will bring your dream to life!
• We will work through your design with you and have it drawn, sited on your block and changes made to suit
• We will undertake the soils and contours
• Your job on completion will be tendered to quality builders for the best pricing depending on the job requirements
• You select the quote and builder you would like to proceed with, and we contract straight away
• No mucking around, no preliminary estimations.  You select the builder that works best for your project.
